Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly store environment. From cashiering to stocking shelves, you will contribute to providing a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store layout.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with the management team.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and take part in store inventory counts as required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to be employed for this role at ALDI.
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties to company standards.
