Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI and contribute to our team. As a Store Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of store and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
