We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Providing outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with the team.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Participating in inventory management and store organization.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Physical stamina to lift and move merchandise as needed.
