Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. mindset and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Provide feedback to the management team on product quality and store operations.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and perform assigned duties efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
