Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the team. As a Store Operations Assistant, you will handle various tasks such as cashiering, stocking shelves, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist customers with their purchases and provide outstanding service.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in retail environment is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
