Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures to prevent losses.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and perform additional assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficient in providing prompt customer service and operating a cash register accurately.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties according to standards.
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
