Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to company policies.
• Operate equipment and handle transactions efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work in a team environment.
• Operate a cash register and equipment safely.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
