Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and process customer purchases.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
