Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing exceptional customer service. You'll collaborate with team members, assist customers, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute to inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure a neat in-store appearance.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate store equipment and machinery.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
