Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide excellent service.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team environment.
