Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key team member, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Providing exceptional customer service and assistance during shopping.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with store management.
• Participating in store inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
• Adhering to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
