Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks following ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat product displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience advantageous.
