Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations and ensuring a top-notch customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and keeping the store clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Operate cash register, follow cash policies, and minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operational knowledge of equipment used in stores.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
