Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key player in our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Contribute to inventory monitoring, store inventory counts, and adherence to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
