Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member, you will be responsible for tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Complete customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on product quality, inventory, and operational matters.
- Support store inventory procedures and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while safeguarding confidential information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
- Capable of using store equipment and following safety guidelines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Retail experience is a plus.
