Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member, you will be responsible for tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Complete customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on product quality, inventory, and operational matters.
  • Support store inventory procedures and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while safeguarding confidential information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
  • Capable of using store equipment and following safety guidelines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
