Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI as a full-time team member. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, customer assistance, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies and professional skills consistently.
  • Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
  • Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
  • Experience in retail operations preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
