Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant and play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the store. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Capable of operating store equipment safely and following cleaning standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
