Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product availability, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the store's overall appearance. This position offers a competitive starting wage of $17.00 per hour for a full-time commitment of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with team members.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
