Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
