Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, stocking products, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the team to uphold ALDI's standards of excellence.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Report product and inventory issues to management
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Participate in store inventory counts
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
