Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safely operate equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
