Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Perform cash register operations and adhere to company policies.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor product inventory accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain store security and confidentiality.
• Complete other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Compliance with company policies, with attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
