Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Execute general cleaning duties and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
