Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses and ensure accuracy.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
