Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently and accurately.
• Operate the cash register and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and neat merchandise displays.
• Assist in inventory management and conduct store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and adhere to company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
