Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assistance.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
