Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
