Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. You will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, handle customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide efficient customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in retail and basic equipment operation preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
