Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining a clean, organized store, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members. Your responsibilities will include processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain neat displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Contribute to taking store inventory counts and monitoring inventory levels.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
