Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in your daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and restock shelves efficiently.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and any issues that arise.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of safely using store equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
