Job Description
We are currently looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's smooth operation and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and accurately process customer purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold ALDI's standards of customer service.
- Provide feedback on products and inventory to the management team.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
