Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to ensure security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Skilled in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a retail setting is a plus
