Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This full-time position includes responsibilities such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
• Comply with company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Customer service and cash register operation experience
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
