Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI's team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the store's maintenance and providing excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
