Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management
  • Assist with inventory management and monitoring
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
  • Follow company guidelines and maintain store security and confidentiality
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Capable of following company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
