Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and offer feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts according to guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and uphold security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
