Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team members and store management
- Monitor and report inventory accurately
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate store equipment
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Prior retail experience preferred
