Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store looks its best, stocking products, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness. By working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to an optimal shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, stock shelves, and assist customers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational aspects.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Follow cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
  • Experience with cleaning duties and following company policies.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
