Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and providing guidance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and perform general cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, operate a cash register, and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
