Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products following company guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
