Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a key member of the store operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers, and contribute to maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, supporting customers in their shopping experience.
  • Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Assist in inventory management and participate in regular inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize any cash-related losses.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the store's standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Experience in retail is preferred.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Skilled in using store equipment and following safety procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
