Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service, you will contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and assist with inventory counts as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
