Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Acts Competencies, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work both independently and in a team.
