Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a vital member of our store operations, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized and efficient retail environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and related equipment.
  • Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and adhering to company policies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
