Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a clean and inviting store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide outstanding service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including cash registers and store maintenance tools.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Meet all state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
