Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, including merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is full-time, offering 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
