Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
