Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and collaborating with the ALDI team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store premises.
• Stock merchandise displays neatly and assist with inventory counts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
