Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers, and contribute to maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and handle customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and displays neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers throughout their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Capable of lifting and stocking merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
