Job Description
Join ALDI as a Store Team Member and contribute to the exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a key part of the team, you will assist in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure customer satisfaction.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company procedures and uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register.
- Capacity to use equipment and perform cleaning tasks as needed.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Retail experience is a plus.
